Cobalt Solutions

Ligase is a front-end graphical user interface that can be used to create/modify job files (run scripts).  Default input values are available.  Error checking is performed where applicable to insure valid entries for all input.  Ligase has five push-buttons corresponding to input sections in the Cobalt job file (click for a sample):

• Output
• Files
• Algorithm Parameters
• Reference and Initial Conditions
• Geometric Quantities

To use Ligase , the X-Motif libraries are needed. For Linux user’s, the LessTif libraries can be used instead.
